About the role: Lead the platform engagement inside one strategic enterprise customer in your industry and region. You own the deployment end to end, and what you spot at this customer feeds how Shipsy’s platform builds out across the vertical. The single leader inside Shipsy accountable for the deployment. If they're live and growing on the platform, you've done your job.

What you’ll own
- The customer’s outcome, end-to-end. From first pilot through to long-term growth. If the customer isn’t live and growing, you own the fix.
- Deal scoping with Sales. You shape delivery alongside our Sales team before the contract is signed. The people who deliver are the people who scope.
- A team of 4–8. Deployment strategists (problem framing and industry depth), forward deployed engineers (configuration and integration), and support and training specialists (rollout and adoption). You’re their leader, mentor, and unblocker.
- The executive relationship. You are the senior operating contact for the customer’s C-suite sponsor and business-unit heads. You run the technical reviews.



You decide what ships next, with engineering. You make the architecture trade-offs visible to the people accountable for them.
- Transformation, not just deployment. Help the customer re-imagine their logistics operations with AI at the centre. Build the business case, sequence the roadmap, and deliver measurable outcomes at each milestone.
- Platform input from the field. What you spot at this customer feeds your regional Senior Director’s view of how Shipsy’s platform builds out for your industry. The use case that surfaces in your deployment today becomes a capability that ships across the vertical tomorrow, and you drive what gets prioritised with engineering.
- Platform expansion. Taking one team’s deployment and scaling it across the customer’s other business units isn’t a sales hand-off; it’s your job.
