About the Role

BuildAmbit is looking for an Inside Sales Intern to join our Sales team for a 6-month internship.

The role will focus on pre-sales, lead engagement, counselling, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting prospective learners into customers. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Sales, Business Development, and EdTech.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand learner requirements, career goals, and interests.
- Explain BuildAmbit's programs, course structure, benefits, eligibility, and admission process.
- Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, requirement, and intent.




- Conduct initial counselling and address learner queries and objections.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales funnel.
- Schedule counselling calls, demos, and meetings with the Sales team wherever required.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Achieve defined daily and monthly activity and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth enrolment journey.
- Share learner feedback and common objections with the team to improve the pre-sales process.
