What you can look forward to as Assistant General Manager - Sales (m/f/d):

Drive proactive customer engagement through leadership alignment, early need identification, and strong promotion of ZF Product Solution
Business Case preparation & Approval from ZF Management
Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposal & win business maintaining profitability
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build lasting rapport.
Manage system-driven order processes, including Navision sales order approvals and price updates
Lead Acquisition for new RFQ’s, fulfil all customer documentation for new RFQ’s (e.g. NDA, Cost breakdown, Supply agreement etc)
Prepare Sales & Operational Plan to drive Business,





Your Profile as Assistant General Manager - Sales (m/f/d):

Engineering with minimum 12+ years experience with deep understanding of Current Business Acquisition
Planned promotional activities such as exhibitions, experience days, tech days, and industry conferences to enhance brand presence.
Work closely to plan customer visits, travel schedules, and targeted marketing strategies for account development.
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication
