Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns people strategies with business objectives and acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders.The role involves working closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, support organizational change, and ensure seamless execution of HR processes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals.
Develop HR strategies that support business growth and transformation.
Provide insights on workforce implications of business decisions.
Partner with Sales leaders on sales organization structure and workforce planning.
Support sales role design, KRAs, incentive frameworks, and productivity initiatives.
Analyze sales workforce metrics and recommend actions to improve performance.
2. Workforce Planning
Analyze current and future talent requirements.
Identify skill gaps and create workforce plans.
Support manpower budgeting and organizational restructuring.
3. Performance & KRA Management




Drive the KRA framework in collaboration with leadership.
Support goal setting, incentive plans, performance reviews, and quarterly evaluations.
Track performance metrics and support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for low performers.
4. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for employees (onboarding to exit).
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for recent hires.
Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and HRIS updates.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related concerns.
Handle employee relations, grievances, attrition management, and retention initiatives.
Design and execute engagement activities tailored to teams (contests, rewards, recognition).
6. Compensation, Incentives & Payroll Coordination
Partner with compensation and payroll teams to manage incentives, commissions, and payouts.
