We are looking for an experienced Events & Exhibitions Leader to take ownership of the Events & Exhibitions vertical, driving end-to-end project delivery, client relationships, operational excellence, and business growth across government and corporate engagements.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in event management, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or integrated communications, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale events, conferences, exhibitions, summits, and experiential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences, summits, and experiential projects.
Own end-to-end project execution, including concept development, planning, budgeting, production, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government ministries, PSUs,



corporate clients, and senior stakeholders.
Lead client discussions, understand requirements, and translate business objectives into effective event and experiential solutions.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, client servicing, production, and operations teams to deliver integrated event experiences.
Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, procurement, and commercial negotiations to ensure profitability.
Oversee vendors, contractors, production partners, and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Identify operational risks, resolve execution challenges, and ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Lead, mentor, and develop teams while establishing strong project management and execution practices.
Participate in client pitches, presentations, tenders, and RFPs to support new business acquisition.
