R&D; PDM is responsible for product adaptation and product innovation for local brands. Teams workclosely with R&D; Innovation groups as well as regional and global functions on projects deliveringgrowth of the business, protecting existing business against revenue loss, through improving productprofitability, integrating formula and packaging development.
