Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist Coordinator to support hiring across our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction functions. The role will involve coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and prior experience supporting recruitment in the AEC, infrastructure, construction, real estate, or engineering services industry.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the recruitment process for roles across architecture, civil engineering, MEP, structural, project management, BIM, and design.
Work closely with recruiting team to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, timelines, and priority positions.
Post job openings on job portals, company career pages, LinkedIn, and other relevant hiring platforms.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, technical panels, and senior leadership.
Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, next steps, and documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback records, and hiring status reports.
