Responsibilities :
Analyze complex laboratory workflows and data lifecycles to configure Empower and LIMS solutions that improve efficiency accuracy and traceability for scientific and quality operations
Collaborate with laboratory quality and IT stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and convert them into practical Empower and LIMS functional designs that align with compliance expectations
Coordinate end to end Empower and LIMS implementation activities including configuration validation support testing preparation and controlled deployment to production environments
Develop and maintain comprehensive functional specifications configuration documents and standard operating procedures that clearly describe Empower and LIMS usage and governance
Guide laboratory teams on best practices for Empower data acquisition processing and reporting to support reliable analytical results and regulatory ready documentation
Monitor daily system usage and performance to proactively identify Empower and LIMS issues analyze root causes and drive timely resolutions with minimal disruption to operations
