About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Growth Marketing to own and scale Exotel's growth engine across inbound, campaigns, email, marketing automation, GTM automation, SEO, paid media and GTM execution.
This is an anchoring leadership role for someone who has experience taking an existing growth engine from 10→100, rather than building a marketing function from 0→1.
You will own outcomes across the demand funnel — from traffic and lead generation to MQL, SQL, pipeline and revenue contribution.
You will work closely with the Senior Director – Integrated Marketing on strategy and prioritisation, while owning the operating rhythm, execution and performance of the growth engine.
What You'll Own

Inbound & Demand Generation
Own and scale the inbound marketing motion across India, APAC, Africa and the Middle East.
Drive inbound acquisition across website, organic, content, email and other demand channels.
Own the funnel from traffic → lead → MQL → SQL → prospect → pipeline.
Identify funnel gaps and drive experimentation to improve conversion and efficiency.
Build repeatable demand-generation programs that can scale across markets and segments.
Establish a predictable inbound engine that consistently contributes qualified pipeline.
2. Campaigns & Lifecycle Marketing
Own end-to-end campaign execution across email, website, paid and inbound channels.
Build and manage always-on and campaign-specific programs including nurture, ABM, product launches and event campaigns.
Own email strategy, segmentation, automation, experimentation and performance.
