Background:

Project Management

* Plan, track, and drive execution of business initiatives, ensuring timelines,
dependencies, and deliverables are met

* Coordinate across cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain
momentum

* Maintain project documentation, roadmaps,



and status reports for leadership

Product Management

* Support product discovery by gathering and synthesizing requirements from
stakeholders and end users

* Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance
criteria

* Prioritize features/backlogs in collaboration with product owners based on
business impact

* Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure product output
aligns with business goals

Descriptive Analytics

* Conduct in-depth analysis of large-scale historical business data to uncover
trends, correlations, and root-cause performance drivers across campaigns and
channels

* Architect and maintain automated, scalable dashboards and reporting
frameworks (SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau) enabling real-time tracking of
KPIs

* Apply statistical techniques (cohort analysis, trend decomposition, variance
analysis) to move beyond surface-level reporting into d
