This role is an opportunity for an experienced Epic applications professional to support and optimize healthcare technology solutions with a strong focus on Healthy Planet and Compass Rose. You will work closely with operational stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to translate business needs into reliable application workflows. The position combines hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, enhancement, and project support across critical Epic applications. You will contribute to initiatives involving patient registries, social determinants of health workflows, and remote patient monitoring. The role requires solid analytical thinking, independence, and the ability to resolve complex technical and functional challenges. You will also serve as a subject matter expert while helping maintain stable, effective, and continuously improving healthcare systems.

Accountabilities
Independently support Healthy Planet and Compass Rose initiatives, ensuring application functionality aligns with operational and clinical requirements.
Create, maintain, design, and optimize patient registries and related application workflows.
Design and improve Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) workflows to support evolving healthcare needs.
Support the expansion and ongoing development of Remote Patient Monitoring programs.
Perform daily application maintenance, including service requests, minor enhancements, and workflow optimizations.
Analyze and diagnose complex system and application issues, identify root causes, and develop appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
Design, configure, test, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic applications and workflows.
Translate business and technical requirements into functional application solutions.
