Accountabilities
Maintain and administer Power BI, BrightGauge, and other business intelligence and analytics platforms, ensuring reliability, accuracy, performance, and availability.
Build, develop, and standardize real-time KPI dashboards that enable service delivery teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Take ownership of dashboard data, ensuring reporting outputs remain accurate, consistent, relevant, and aligned with business requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing data models and reporting logic developed through previous BI initiatives, including financial reporting, success metrics, and weekly performance dashboards.
Review and improve dashboard structures and analytical processes to promote consistency across business units.
