Overview

As Sr. Project Manager within the GIC Supply Chain project management office, you will lead end-to-end commercialization and supply chain readiness for new products and product changes in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain, marketing, sales, research and development, and finance to deliver launches on time, support ongoing optimization, manage risk, and contribute to cost optimization and business expansion. Based in Mumbai,

Key Accountabilities

Lead end-to-end commercialization for new products, packaging changes, product renovations, innovations, and other high-impact initiatives, ensuring readiness for launch across customer channels.
Own launch timelines and coordinate launch plans with marketing and sales, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, positioning, pricing, and supply chain requirements.
Lead projects from early assessment through execution using established project management and Run–Improve–Transform processes; develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Lead stage-gate meetings and status reviews; identify and mitigate risks, issues, bottlenecks, and dependencies, while maintaining clear project documentation and governance compliance.
