About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business for the artists and creators represented by Click Media.
The role will focus on identifying current business opportunities, building relationships with brands and agencies, pitching relevant talent,
and converting opportunities into successful collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the influencer, talent management, digital marketing, and brand partnership ecosystem.
You will be responsible for bringing business to our existing talent roster and building long-term commercial relationships that create value for both the artists and the brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development for Click Media’s roster of artists and creators.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, agencies, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right artists/creators from the talent roster.
- Create and deliver compelling talent pitches and proposals based on brand objectives.
- Take ownership of the sales pipeline, from lead
