Job DescriptionBusiness Development Manager – Corporate Travel Management Role Overview The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding corporate accounts, and contributing to revenue growth within the corporate travel segment. The role requires a strong understanding of travel management solutions, client relationship building, and consultative selling to mid-to-large enterprises. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for travel management services Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets Build a robust pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure Client Relationship Management Establish and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, HR, Admin, Finance)



Understand client travel needs and propose customized solutions Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients in coordination with operations and account management teams Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies Provide insights to leadership on market opportunities and client expectations Contribute to product and service enhancements based on client feedback Proposal & Contract Management Prepare compelling proposals, RFP responses, and commercial models Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and contractual terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction Collaboration & Internal Alignment Work closely with operations, ticketing, MICE, and finance teams to deliver seamless service Ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery capabilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) New client acquisition and revenue generation Sales pipeline value and conversion rate Client retention and account growth Profit margins and deal quality Required Skil
