Industry: International SaaS, Software Products and IT Services Experience: 1–4 years Salary: ₹20,000–₹45,000 per month Employment: Full time | Work from Office Working Hours: 1:00 PM–10:30 PM Location: Ambawadi, Ahmedabad Role Overview We are looking for an Junior or Experienced Sales Intelligence & Lead Research Specialist to independently identify high-quality international prospects for our SaaS products and IT services. The candidate will research target markets, identify companies matching our Ideal Customer Profile, find the correct decision-makers, verify contact information and deliver qualified, sales-ready leads. This is not a bulk data-entry position. Lead accuracy, relevance and commercial potential are more important than volume. Key Responsibilities Research international industries, markets and target accounts Understand and refine Ideal Customer Profiles Identify high-fit companies and relevant buying signals Find the correct decision-makers and influencers Verify professional emails, designations and company information Analyse company needs,



growth signals and potential pain points Score, segment and prioritise prospects Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI and sales-intelligence platforms Prepare account summaries and personalised outreach angles Maintain accurate CRM and prospect databases Monitor lead quality, bounce rates and sales-team acceptance Analyse which markets and lead sources generate better opportunities Candidate Requirements 2–4 years of experience in sales intelligence, lead research, market research or B2B lead generation Experience researching international SaaS, software or IT markets Advanced internet-research and analytical skills Strong written English and commercial understanding Proven ability to identify relevant companies and decision-makers Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting databases Strong knowledge of data verification, enrichment and segmentation Ability to identify buying signals
