Gram Equipment is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Asia to strengthen our sales activities across the region, with a particular focus on the Indian market.

As Regional Sales Manager – Asia, you will be responsible for developing sales and customer relationships across the region, with the majority of your customer activities expected to be focused on India.




The role requires a strong combination of commercial drive, technical understanding and a consultative approach to sales.

You will manage opportunities throughout the sales process – from initial customer contact and identification of needs through quotation, negotiation and closing, followed by a well-prepared handover to our Engineering and project organization.
Develop recent business opportunities and actively grow our customer base in India and the wider Asian market.
Understand customers' production challenges and pain points and develop suitable technical and commercial solutions.
Manage sales opportunities, budgets, pipeline and forecasts for the assigned region and accounts.
Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations in close cooperation with Internal Sales and other relevant functions.
Negotiate commercial terms, secure customer commitment and close orders.
