Job DescriptionRole Overview We are looking for a Strategic Brand Consultant with strong FMCG exposure and hands-on agency experience to lead brand strategy, GTM planning, and integrated media strategy for multiple food & consumer brands. This role will work closely with leadership, planning, creative, and performance teams to build sharp brand narratives backed by solid media logic and execution-ready plans. Key Responsibilities Brand & Business Strategy Develop brand positioning, category frameworks, and communication territories Build GTM strategies for launches, relaunches, and market expansions Define brand architecture and long-term growth roadmap Translate business objectives into clear brand KPIs Media & Communication Strategy Create integrated media plans (Digital + Offline) Lead AOP planning (Quarterly / Annual) Define media mix, budget allocation, phasing, and reach-frequency logic Align media strategy with creative idea and consumer journey Work closely with performance teams on funnel strategy Consumer & Market Intelligence Conduct category, competitor,



and consumer insight analysis Identify white spaces and emerging trends in FMCG Use data (sales, media, digital, ORM, social listening) to sharpen strategy Build insight-led storytelling, not generic decks Client & Internal Collaboration Act as strategic SPOC for senior client stakeholders Guide creative, content, and media teams with transparent strategic inputs Review and elevate decks before client presentations Ensure strategic consistency across all brand touchpoints Required Skill Set Proven experience with FMCG brands (Food, Dairy, Staples, Nutrition preferred) Strong agency background (Creative / Media / Integrated agencies) Deep understanding of: Brand strategy Media planning & buying logic Digital ecosystems (Social, Search, Influencer, Programmatic) Ability to connect business goals → insight → idea → media Excellent presentation & storytelling skills Comfortable with both strategy thinking and exec
