NeCintel is seeking a dependable and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist based in India. This is a full time remote position supporting day-to-day accounts receivable and accounting operations for a U.S.-based business. The role is intentionally broad and trainable, but it requires someone who takes ownership, communicates honestly, investigates issues, and follows work through to completion.

- Prepare and track customer invoices and payments N
- Reconcile customer accounts, payment records, and outstanding balances N
- Follow up professionally on past-due receivables N
- Research discrepancies and document findings clearly N
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation N
- Assist with routine accounting, reporting, and administrative tasks N
- Identify problems earlyand propose practical solutions N
- Communicate progress, questions, and exceptions promptly N
- Learn company systems and procedures through structured training N

- Two to four years of relevant accounts receivable or accounting experience N
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy N
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills N
- Clear written and spoken English N
- Reliable internet access and ability to work independently N
- Proactive, candid, organized, and willing to learn N
- Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team N
- Available immediately or with a short notice period N
nSchedule
nDuring the initial training period, the successful candidate must be available from 8:00 a.M. to 12:00 p.M. Pacific Time for training and meetings. After training, required overlap will normally be 8:00 a.M. to 10:00 a.M. Pacific Time, with the remaining hours arranged as appropriate for the role.
NCompensation
nStarting compensation is USD $700 per month. A formal performance and compensation review will be conducted after 90 days. Candidates who demonstrate st
