Rangmanch Farms is a 20-acre resort and farm stay about 40 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway. We have 30+ rooms, conference hall, 80+ activities and games, and in-house catering. Corporates use us for day outings, family days, annual days, R&R; events, MICE, conferences and residential offsides — everything happens on one campus.

nWe are hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our corporate business. You will identify target companies in Gurugram and Delhi, take appointments with HR and admin decision-makers, invite them to the property for site visits, close deals, and grow each account into repeat business year after year.
nYou will work directly with the founder and carry your own target.

nWhat you will do
n• Build a target list of corporates in Gurugram and Delhi and convert it into several face-to-face / virtual meetings every week
n• Meet HR heads, admin heads and engagement teams; pitch the property and build proposals from our rate grids
n• Invite decision-makers to the property for site visits and host them
n• Close corporate day outings,



family days, founder’s and annual days, MICE events, conferences and residential offsites
n• Discuss social celebration options with prospects and close the deal
n• Stay present at your clients’ events and convert every good event into next year’s booking
n• Work with event management companies and corporate travel agents that manage corporate event budgets
n• Keep your funnel updated in our CRM and review it weekly with the founder

nWho should apply
n• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in hotel, banquet, MICE, corporate events or venue sales in Delhi NCR
n• A live corporate network
n• Strong relationship building capabilities from 1st meeting
n• A transparent track record with numbers: targets carried, achievement, biggest deals closed
n• Polished Hindi and English; comfortable in corporate boardrooms
n• Ready for a field role — 3–4 days a we
