WHAT WILL YOU DO

You will be responsible for driving sales of VisionSure’s offerings through partner insurance companies and insurance intermediaries.
- Build partnerships with insurance companies and launch VisionSure advantages in their health insurance offerings, both for retail health and group health business
- Manage (few) Insurance accounts and drive sales through insurance companies and linked insurance intermediaries
- Continue to build new products for Vision benefits with Insurance companies, and manage the internal processes of Insurance companies to take these products live
- Drive sales of the VisionSure insurance product or wellness package through partnerships with Insurance intermediaries
- Build new partnerships with insurance intermediaries
- Provide feedback for product development to create new and innovative vision care solutions
- Assist internal sales team in building stronger relationships with insurance companies

REQUIREMENT
- Prior experience in insurance, insurtech, or insurance distribution,



specifically within Health Insurance and Employee Benefits (Group benefits, OPD benefits)
- Suitable backgrounds include:

1. Insurtech — experience partnering with insurance companies to build programs around their existing products
2. Insurance intermediaries — experience working with insurance companies to design customised products for clients
3. Insurance company — experience on a B2B Group sales team handling the Health portfolio, or on an OPD product team
- Candidates with a primarily B2C sales or Bancassurance background will not be a fit for this role.
- An established network within insurance is essential, and prior exposure to health or wellness benefits is a must
- Hunting mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in a quick-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Willing to work as an individual contributor
- Proven track record of building and leading sales on the ground
