Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth across the SMB and Mid-Market segments by promoting Enterprise Productivity , Collaboration and Digital Workplace solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with IT teams, procurement teams, CXOs, and key decision-makers, and recommending software licensing and subscription-based solutions tailored to customer requirements. The candidate should possess solid knowledge of enterprise software sales, SaaS licensing, cloud-based productivity solutions, and subscription business models, along with excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across SMB and Mid-Market customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and digital prospecting.
- Engage with IT Heads, CIOs, Procurement Managers, Business Owners,



and key stakeholders to understand their technology requirements and business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to position Ample as a trusted Enterprise Technology Partner.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective lead management and timely follow-up activities.

Solution Selling & Software Licensing

Develop strong knowledge of Ample's Enterprise Software portfolio, including:
- Microsoft 365
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Zoom
- Google Workspace
- Freshworks
- Zoho Solutions
- SaaS Licensing & Subscription Services
- Monday.com

Additional responsibilities include:
- Understand customer environments and recommend the most suitable licensing, collaboration, productivity, and SaaS subscription solutions.
- Conduct product positioning, solution presentations, licensing discussions, and commercial proposal presentations.
