Turner Technical Services is looking for an experienced Architectural Visualization Lead to lead a team of Technical/Construction Visualizers and BIM professionals. The role involves delivering high-quality architectural & construction visualizations, managing BIM-based workflows and collaborating with US-based design, construction, marketing and VDC teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production of 4D simulations, renders and animations, walkthroughs & real-time visualizations using BIM-based workflows.
- Develop and manage visualization workflows using Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, and Twinmotion.
- Ensure visual outputs maintain architectural accuracy and design intent.
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of visualization and BIM team members.
- Allocate resources and manage multiple projects to meet quality and delivery timelines.
- Establish quality standards and improve visualization workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with Turners Marketing, Pursuit, construction, and VDC teams.
- Present visualizations, coordinate feedback,



and communicate project requirements effectively.
- Stay updated with emerging visualization, real-time rendering, and AI technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in BIM and architectural visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural visualization work. 4D sequencing is a must.
- Proficiency in Visualization tools like twinmotion, Max, Lumion, Unreal, Vray, Enscape etc.
- Robust understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with global/international teams.
