About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, visually exceptional and concept-driven Creative Designer & Video Editor who can turn briefs and ideas into original, visually compelling work that exceeds expectations. The role involves creating videos, industry-driven reels, static creatives, digital ads, GIFs, motion graphics and Rich Media/interactive creatives across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities
Video, Motion Graphics & Animation
- Conceptualize, create and edit digital ad videos, short-form videos, event videos, brand videos, GIFs, motion graphics and promotional content for digital media and programmatic campaigns.




- Create engaging video ads and animated creatives for Display, Mobile, In-App and other digital formats, adapting them across different sizes, durations and platform specifications.
- Transform static campaign concepts and key visuals into high-impact motion graphics, animations and video creatives, incorporating compelling storytelling, transitions, typography, product visuals and CTAs.
- Develop multiple creative variations based on campaign objectives, client requirements and target audiences, ensuring every output is visually polished, engaging, brand-aligned and technically ready for digital advertising.

Creative Conceptualization & Design
- Translate client briefs, campaign objectives and concepts into robust, original and visually compelling creative ideas.
- Take ownership of the creative process from understanding the brief and conceptualization to design, execution and final delivery.
