NorthStar Technologies is looking for a driven Business Development Executive with hands-on IT Sales experience to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai.
This role is specifically for candidates who have experience selling IT services/solutions, SaaS, ERP, CRM, AI solutions or digital transformation services and want to build further exposure to domestic and international B2B sales.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales for IT Services, AI Solutions, ERP, CRM and SaaS solutions.
- Generate and qualify recent business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial outreach and requirement discovery to presentations, proposals, negotiations and closure.
- Conduct client meetings, solution presentations and product/service discussions.




- Understand business requirements and work with internal technical teams to propose suitable technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while consistently working towards revenue and sales targets.
- Develop opportunities within the domestic market while gaining exposure to international clients and global sales.
What We're Looking For✅ 1.5–3 years of proven B2B IT Sales / Business Development experience is mandatory.
✅ Candidates should have sales experience in one or more of the following:
IT Services | Software Solutions | SaaS | ERP | CRM | AI Solutions | Digital Transformation
✅ Experience in lead generation, client acquisition and closing business.
✅ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client-facing skills.
✅ Ability to understand client requirements and confidently discuss technology solutions.
