N nRole Overview:-
N nAs a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable microservices and APIs that power our B2B and B2C products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build systems that are robust, performant, and ready for scale. This is a critical role that requires engineering leadership, high ownership, and a product-thinking mindset.
N nWhat You’ll Do:-
N n● Architect, build,



and deploy high-performance backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) for both our B2B and B2C platforms.
N n● Design and manage scalable microservices integrated with MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and external APIs.
N n● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to translate user needs into technical solutions.
N n● Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and improve system reliability and performance. ● Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to tech roadmap discussions.
N n● Own feature deliveryend-to-end, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
N nWhat You Bring:-
N nCore Technical Skills
N n● 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, REST APIs). ● Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
N n● Proficiency with MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis (including caching, pub/sub).
N n● Working knowledge ofDocker,
