Job Location - Viman Nagar, Pune Job Summary We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage the complete sales process from lead generation and client interaction to order closure and post-sales coordination. Experience in doors, interior solutions, building materials, furniture, or related industries will be preferred. Key Responsibilities B2 B Sales & Business Development: Generate leads through calls, references, networking, site visits, and market research. Identify and approach architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and potential customers. Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and project timelines.



Conduct product presentations and explain product features, specifications, and finishes. Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up for order conversion. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines. Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and project teams. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution. Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals. Update CRM records and maintain details of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and orders. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline.2–5 years of relevant B2 B Sales experience is required.
