We are looking for a driven, semi-qualified accountant to join our team in a senior individual contributor capacity, someone who can independently own client accounting and closure, and mentor junior team members. ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Senior Accountant at Bloomtree, you will independently manage end to end accounting and book closure for a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with accounts assistants, coordinate with client SPOCs, and support statutory audit and due diligence assignments as they arise.



This is a senior individual contributor role that demands ownership of client deliverables, strong technical grounding, and the ability to review and guide junior team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Coordination Supervise and coordinate daily work with accounts assistants and junior team members Delegate tasks effectively and ensure quality output across bookkeeping and closure work Mentor junior accountants through practical guidance and review Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and resolve blockers Compliance Management Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances are tracked and completed on time for assigned clients Maintain a compliance calendar covering GST, TDS, and other applicable filings Flag risks proactively and implement corrective actions before deadlines Stay updated with amendments in tax laws and regulatory requirements Work Allocation & Planning Plan and prioritise workload across as
