This role will focus on building the Pune market, developing enterprise and GCC opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and driving opportunities from lead generation through closure. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Pune market. Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers and strategic accounts. Build a strong pipeline of AV and Unified Communications opportunities across corporates, GCCs, commercial real estate,



IT/ITES, education, hospitality, and other relevant segments. Drive the complete sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Achieve agreed revenue, margin, and business development targets. AV System Integration Understand customer requirements and position appropriate AV System Integration and Collaboration solutions. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop solution-led proposals. Drive opportunities involving meeting rooms, boardrooms, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, collaboration solutions, and integrated AV environments. Engage with architects, consultants, PMCs, facility teams, IT teams, procurement, and senior business stakeholders.
