KSA office is looking for experienced, Design Architects who can work both independently and, in a team, and have experience in the full range of architectural design and project execution phases. And who Exhibits a Design Centric and Research oriented approach

In this position you will work within a team on projects in all work stages, from conceptual design through to the technical and construction phases.

/n

Your tasks will include design conceptual drawing plans, technical documentation and specifications, design development, construction documents and ensure project goals in design and execution.

• Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills with the ability to express ideas quickly, clearly and concisely.

• Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking

• Increase knowledge with ever learning attitude.

• Self-motivated, pro-active and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment highly motivated to foster team performance, skills and spirit.

• Stay in constant touch with vendors, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.

/n

• Take responsibility, where required by Team Lead, for specific areas of the design and project development.

/n

• Support growth of Subordinates

Qualifications:

/n

• 2+ years of relevant design and project handling experience from concept till completion.

/n

• Should have Experience working on complex, large scale projects

/n

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Photoshop and Illustrator

/n

• Experience working on BIM/ Revit projects

/n

• Strong organizational skills

/n

• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence, with analytical and problem-solving attitude.

/n

• The architect should be well versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability

/n

standards such as GRIHA/LEED/ECBC.
