SALES OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGERLocation: Bengaluru Experience: Minimum 5 years We are looking for an experienced qualified to manage the complete customer journey—from marketing and lead generation to site visits, sales conversion, collections, documentation and property registration. Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate marketing campaigns and monitor lead quality* Manage lead allocation, pre-sales follow-ups and CRM updates* Schedule and track customer site visits* Coordinate sales conversions, bookings and payment collections* Handle customer communication from enquiry until registration* Coordinate agreements, legal documentation and registrations* Prepare lead, site-visit, booking, collection and conversion reports* Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience Candidates with experience in real estate sales operations, pre-sales, CRM or customer relationship management will be preferred.
