Client Presentation & Experience

• Deliver immersive property tours and create a memorable client experience.
• Sales & Business Development
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets by converting prospects.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Participate in exclusive launch events, private previews, and client engagement programs.

Relationship Management
• Conduct project familiarisation sessions.
• Brand Representation
• Represent the developer at luxury property exhibitions, networking events,
and private showcases.
•Act as a brand ambassador for TERRA GRANDE

CANDIDATE PROFILE EXPERIENCE

• Experience in one or more of the following industries as mentioned in
“ International Luxury & Lifestyle Brands.

Luxury hospitality ( St’Regis, Four Seasons , Heritage Taj & Oberoi Hotels )

Luxury automotive ( Bentley,Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lamborghini,
Premier Private banking or HNI/UHNW wealth manage
