Xpath.global is a global mobility management company powered by technology. We sell both our services and our platform to corporations, and the B2 B Sales Executive is at the front of that. You'll own the lead management process end to end — engaging and building relationships with global HR and Global Mobility stakeholders, promoting our services and technology, and turning conversations into closed deals. This is a role for a strong closer. We want someone who can not only build a pipeline but move it — someone with the technique and drive to keep deals progressing and get them across the line. Responsibilities: Prospecting the market through various available channels: databases, networking, social tools, recommendations; Identifying, hunting and recruiting current domestic and international/global customers, specifically through cold call and cold email; Effectively prioritizing and managing a pipeline of leads to consistently meet/exceed monthly,



quarterly and yearly targets; Actively driving deals forward and closing — using proven sales techniques to keep the pipeline moving and shorten time-to-close; Working closely with new customers, educating them about xpath.global's services and technology platform, and our high standards of delivery and customer experience; Working with customers as an account manager during the on-boarding phase — helping them adopt the ecosystem in their daily work; Identifying new opportunities to promote the company's services and technology; Setting qualified appointments for discovery calls and platform/tool demonstrations; Informing other team members about identified opportunities to define the best solutions for customers; Reporting and result analysis. Requirements: Strong B2 B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets; Proven closing ability — a confident negotiator who knows how to move deals through a pipeline; Experience in global mobility (immigration, relocation, taxation, moving services)
