Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immediate Joiners Edtech Associate (Inside Sales) role based in Bengaluru. The associate is responsible for contacting prospective learners, explaining course offerings, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. The role involves understanding learner needs,



recommending suitable programs, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The associate will also participate in sales meetings, report on performance metrics, and contribute ideas to improve processes and learner conversion.
Qualifications
Ability to work with basic tools and equipment, including Hand Tools and Power Tools, in a structured training or demonstration environment when required.
Foundational skills in Carpentry and Framing that enable clear communication and understanding of course content related to construction or trade-focused programs.
Experience or familiarity with Finish Carpentry to support learners enrolling in specialized, hands-on skill development courses.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain program benefits clearly and handle objections professionally.
