Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Chandigarh. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and exit processes,



and supporting payroll and perks administration. The role involves nurturing positive employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The individual will assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with managers on workforce planning, recruitment support, and training coordination to help build a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, onboarding, HRIS usage, and basic payroll or perks support.
Demonstrated capability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and prom
