Role Description The Maintenance Manager for the injection molding industry will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of equipment and utilities in a high-volume plastics manufacturing workplace. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves planning and executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns,



and coordinating maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Manager will supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role includes maintaining maintenance records, collaborating with production and quality teams, managing spare parts inventory, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and efficiency. The individual will also participate in capital equipment projects, vendor coordination, and implementation of best practices in maintenance management.
