You will run LinkedIn for founders. All of it.

Not one slice of it. Not "the graphics person" or "the outreach person". You run founder accounts end to end: strategy, content, design, outreach, client calls. You start with the accounts we have and grow into five as we win them. When a client's post lands and their inbox fills up, that's yours.

Most agencies split this across four people. We don't, because our systems and our AI workflows let one sharp person hold it. You'll learn to be that person.

WHO YOU'LL LEARN FROM

You will sit inside the systems he uses to run several businesses on a 40-hour week: the frameworks, the prompts, the workflows. You'll leave able to run them yourself.

WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE
Own your accounts. You're the name your clients know. You run the calls, answer the messages, and keep things moving without being chased.

Build the content.



Plan each client's monthly calendar. Write posts in their voice, not yours. Design the graphics and carousels in Canva on their brand kit. Video editing isn't on you.
Write the sales assets. VSL scripts and pitch decks from our templates. The pieces that turn a follower into a paying client.

Run the outreach. Execute the daily connect-and-message playbook and comment where the client's buyers are. Inside LinkedIn's limits, always. We never risk a client's account.

Get the facts right. Every claim, number and name in a post traces back to a source. We don't publish what we can't back.

Ship it finished. You bring work to done: copy, design, outreach plan, ready to go. We sign off before it goes live. You decide how the work gets done; we decide what goes out.
