As the Senior Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in
building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary
focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience, handling
inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently. You will be the primary point
of contact, ensuring timely and accurate communication with our valued clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and
professional responses.
* Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive outcome.
* Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient
service delivery.
* Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
* Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a
collections or manpower department.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric
approach.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
