Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated Product Master Data Manager to lead the
governance, standardization, and transformation of product master data processes
across the enterprise. This role is critical in ensuring product data accuracy,
consistency, accessibility, and compliance across internal systems and external
customer-facing channels.

The successful candidate will drive the design, implementation, and continuous
improvement of Product Information Management (PIM) processes and SKU creation
governance while partnering with Offering Management, Product Operations,
Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to enable efficient business
operations and data-driven decision-making.

This position combines product operations, process excellence, data governance,
portfolio management, and digital transformation responsibilities to support
Honeywell's growth strategy and product lifecycle management objectives.

This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and




solid communication skills to align product data with business goals and
enhance the customer and Offering Manager experience.

The successful candidate will champion AI-powered transformation, utilizing AI
agents and advanced digital tools to streamline processes, improve
decision-making, and drive operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Product Master Data Governance

* Own and drive initiatives to improve product data quality, consistency, and
fidelity across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
* Develop and execute master data governance strategies that align with
business objectives.
* Standardize and maintain critical data elements (CDEs) within Product
Information Management (PIM) systems.
* Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance across internal and
external channels.

SKU Creation & Product Data Management

* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define, implement, and
govern SKU
