Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving acquisition and growth of merchants and business partners in Bihar through PAYTM’s payment and financial solutions. This is a full time, on-site role that involves visiting local markets, meeting prospective clients,



and managing relationships with existing merchants to increase transaction volumes and product adoption. Day-to-day activities include identifying new sales opportunities, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely onboarding and activation of accounts. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer support to resolve issues and improve service quality. The Senior Sales Executive is expected to maintain a strong understanding of PAYTM’s products, local market dynamics, and competitors to contribute to strategic sales planning in the region.
