* Accounting & Auditing Standards: Strong accounting concepts and understanding
of accounting standards, audit procedures, and financial statement analysis

compliaces
* System Proficiency: Practical experience with accounting software like SAP

* Advanced Excel: Ability to use Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and keyboard shortcuts,
which are crucial for working with large datasets

* Communication Skills: Robust verbal and written communication (especially
email etiquette) for interacting with clients, team members, and
stakeholders.
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret financial data, spot
discrepancies, and think critically.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Person Specification Basic Qualifications:

* CA Student Eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI.




* Hands on experience on SAP
* Working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliance

* Previous commercial site FP&A; experience preferred.
