Strategy and Planning

Sourcing / lead generation of Agri PSL & NCF cases through Commodity Finance & WC/ TL.
Preparation of the Credit proposals along with BU and engagement with Credit in underwriting.
End to end management of Commodity finance clients from sourcing to sanction and repayment.
Post sanction documentation, Limit setup and other activities like empanelment of CM, warehouse addition, drawdowns, and releases for commodity cases along with collection of monthly interest and CM charges.
Monitoring and close follow up with clients to ensure portfolio quality

Policies, Processes & Procedures

To adhere to Bank’s PSL strategy, processes, PSL & Credit policies, regulations, etc while generating Agri PSL assets.

Business Development

 Drive growth in Agri PSL, PSL, NCF, Commodity Finance, Weaker Section, and assigned business portfolios through proactive sourcing, lead generation, and client acquisition.

 Identify and onboard new Agri PSL clients while expanding the commodity-backed loan book and ensuring achievement of asset generation targets.





Performance Monitoring & Reporting

 Monitor portfolio performance, asset growth, delinquencies, and PSL classification accuracy to ensure compliance with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

 Track and report key business metrics, including Agri PSL, PSL, NCF asset generation, commodity finance performance, and direct Opex management.

Relationship Management

 Build and maintain robust relationships with Business Units, Credit teams, Commodity Managers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless credit processing and portfolio management.

 Collaborate closely with internal and external partners for credit proposal preparation, underwriting, documentation, drawdowns, releases, and post-sanction activities.

Customer Relationship Management

 Manage commodity finance clients end-to-end, from sourcing and sanction to repayment, ensuring high levels of customer service and engagem
