Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support end-to-end hiring activities for Weskill’s growing team and partner organizations. This internship role is hybrid, based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with communication throughout the hiring process. The intern will help coordinate assessment rounds, support employer branding initiatives,



and contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications
Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring processes, scheduling, and documentation efficiently.
Comfort using online tools and platforms for sourcing candidates, tracking applications, and managing data in spreadsheets or applicant tracking systems.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and respect for confidentiality in handling candidate information.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New Delhi
