Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Farmstay Manager at Yasani’s. The Farmstay Manager intern will coordinate day-to-day operations, including managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and organizing farmstay activities and experiences. The role involves collaborating with onsite staff, maintaining transparent communication with guests, and ensuring that services align with the farmstay’s values of sustainability and hospitality. The intern will assist with basic marketing tasks,



such as updating online listings and social media, and support process improvement by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements to guest services. This role is designed to provide practical experience in hospitality management, guest relations, and remote coordination.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination abilities, including managing schedules, reservations, and follow-up tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for guest interactions and collaboration with team members.
Comfort with remote work tools and basic digital platforms (email, messaging apps, document sharing, and online booking systems).
Interest in hospitality, eco-tourism, or farm-based experiences, with a commitment to providing inclusive and respectful guest service.
