What You'll Actually Do
? Find outstanding people : Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, databases and other channels.
? Speak to candidates : Connect with applicants, conduct initial screening conversations and help us understand whether there is a genuine role fit.
? Work with different teams :
Coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple departments to understand open positions and hiring requirements.
? Keep hiring moving : Support interview scheduling, follow-ups, candidate communication and recruitment coordination throughout the hiring process.
✍️ Make jobs sound worth applying to : Help create and improve job descriptions, candidate communication and recruitment content.
? Build our employer brand : Contribute ideas for LinkedIn, hiring campaigns, referral initiatives and other ways of making Ketto & MetaGO Health more visible to great talent.
? Learn recruitment through data : Maintain recruitment trackers and help analyse pipelines, interview conversions, offers, joining status and other hiring metrics.
