Role Description The Sales Executive role is a part time, on-site position based in Midnapore, West Bengal. The Sales Executive will greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable wallpapers and interior solutions. Daily tasks include explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, and following up with leads to close sales.



The role involves coordinating with the design and installation teams, maintaining product displays and sample books, and keeping basic sales records. The Sales Executive will also support promotional activities, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive in-store customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
Sales aptitude, including basic negotiation skills, lead follow-up, and comfort working with sales targets or goals.
Interest in interior design, home décor, or related fields, with the ability to understand and present product aesthetics and functionality.
Basic organizational and record-keeping skills, including managing quotations, invoices, and customer information accurately.
Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area during part-time shift
