We are building DARAKE LUXEZ as a solid D2C and omnichannel fragrance brand, with a growing presence across our own online channels, major e-commerce marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.
As we scale, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager who can take ownership of our marketplace and quick-commerce business and play a key role in driving our online growth.
About the Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace Manager who will take ownership of our online marketplace and quick-commerce business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, and other relevant platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace accounts, driving sales, running and optimizing ads, maintaining listings, resolving operational issues, and identifying opportunities to grow our online business.




This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how marketplaces work and can independently manage day-to-day operations while continuously improving sales, visibility, conversion, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our seller/brand accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, and other marketplaces.
Manage complete marketplace operations, including product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, promotions, and account health.
Create, manage, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to drive sales and improve ROAS.
Monitor marketplace performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising metrics, and profitability.
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, rankings, conversions, and revenue.
Ensure product listings are optimized with the right titles, descriptions, keywords, images, attributes, and content.
