• Talent Acquisition — End to End: Source, screen, and pipeline candidates for engineering,
operations, and shop-floor roles. Write JDs, coordinate interviews, and close offers — not just
schedule calls. You own the funnel.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Manage onboarding flows, maintain employee records, track
attendance and leaves, and ensure documentation is always audit-ready. Own the back-office
