Role Description
The Business Development Intern role at Growthmak is a full-time, on-site, performance-based position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the intern learns to run a modern B2B sales operation end to end: identifying and qualifying the right companies, running personalized outreach that opens real conversations, and setting meetings with decision-makers — with modern tools (including AI)



handling the research so the intern can focus on the conversation. Day-to-day work includes sourcing and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, learning to run Growthmak's client Growth Audit and using it to earn meetings, and following up with discipline so no lead goes cold. Over the internship, robust performers grow into running calls and closing deals on value. The internship begins with a 3-day in-person workshop in Bangalore (16–18 September), where interns are trained on the tools, the Growth Audit, and the full playbook, and then operate the process live on real prospects alongside the founders. This is a commission-only, uncapped internship with a pre-placement pathway to a full-time role.
