Job Description

Over 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, and QA transformation, with proven experience leading automation teams and driving enterprise-wide testing strategies.
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, TypeScript, and TestNG to support web application testing across multiple platforms.
Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into build and deployment processes, enabling continuous testing and faster release cycles.
Develop reusable automation libraries, Java methods, utilities, and framework components that improve test maintainability, scalability, and execution efficiency.
Lead automation strategy,



framework modernization, tool selection, and adoption of industry best practices to improve software quality and reduce manual testing efforts.
Create, manage, and analyze automation test reports and reporting dashboards, providing actionable quality metrics and release readiness insights to engineering leadership and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to define quality objectives and align automation initiatives with business goals..
